- High-speed Internet and Intranet access
- Wireless access on campus
- Access to SMU network outside campus through VPN (Virtual Private Network)
- Email, Internet newsgroup and personal Web hosting
- Networked printing facilities and network storage space
- Installation of standard software
- A teaching and learning Web portal
- Student portal OASIS for a host of student information and services such as online course bidding and personal particulars via: https://oasis.smu.edu.sg
