Have you been refused a UK Visa?

Been refused a visa to the UK for you Thai partner?

If you’re Thai partner has been refused a Visa to the UK. There are two options open to you.
Some UK visa refusals you are able to appeal against and others you have to reapply for the visa.
When your Thai partner is refused a Visa to the UK, the Embassy officer will indicate the reasons that the UK visa has been refused. It is important to understand, whatever reasons given in the refusal letter, if there are no changes made to the UK sponsor and Thai partner’s situations, then the Visa will be refused yet again.

On many occasions UK Visas have been refused even though the Thai and UK Citizen meet all the criteria but because the application was badly collated or incorrect information were handed in to the British embassy at the time of the application.

Reappy or Appeal ?

If you have been refused a Visa to the UK we can help ensure that when we reapply or appeal, the visa is issued. We will inform you of what the UK sponsor and Thai partner must do before making the new visa application
